A: Students and employees that have experienced sex discrimination (sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking, or discrimination based on pregnancy) may disclose the incident to an instructor, supervisor, or employee if it has impacted their academics or employment. This training will ensure that USF employees respond appropriately to disclosures. This training will teach you active listening skills, the correct way to provide resources, how you to correctly notify the Title IX Coordinator when you receive a disclosure and what support measures and options are available to someone who has experienced an incident.
