Biography
Dr. Hao Zheng received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, in 1993, MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah in 1998 and 2001, respectively. From 1993 to 1996, he worked for a division of the Lufthansa Airlines as an Electronics
